Non-Returnable Items
Motorcycles returned after 7-day trial period has expired
Units with mechanical damage, scratches, or significant wear beyond normal test use
Products with missing components, accessories, or documentation
Modified motorcycles or units with aftermarket parts installed
Products returned without valid RMA authorization number
Custom-ordered or specially configured motorcycles (where applicable)
Restocking Fee
Returns in like-new condition: No restocking fee. Returns with excessive wear or missing accessories may be subject to a restocking fee up to 15% of purchase price.
Shipping Costs
Customer pays return shipping unless return is due to EVOKUN error or product defect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of defective products.
